Rakul Preet Singh Tests POSITIVE For Coronavirus; Says ‘Feeling Fine, Requesting Everyone Who Met Me To Get Yourself Tested’

After Varun Dhawan, Neetu Kapoor, and Kriti Sanon among others, another Bollywood actress has contracted Coronavirus. A while back, Rakul Preet Singh informed her fans and followers that she has tested positive for COVID-19. Earlier, Varun and Neetu Singh had contracted the virus while shooting for Jug Jugg Jeeyo in Chandigarh with Anil Kapoor and Kiara Advani. While the duo was asymptomatic, they soon got into self-isolation. However, a week later, Varun, Neetu Singh announced that they’re COVID free and will resume the shooting soon.
Now, Rakul Preet Singh announced on social media that she has tested positive for COVID-19 following which she quarantined herself. Revealing the deets, Rakul said she feels fine but will rest it out so that she is back on sets very soon. Her post read, “I'd like to inform everyone that I have tested positive for COVID-19. I have quarantined myself. I am feeling fine and will rest up well so that I can be back at shoot soon L.& . Request everyone who met me to kindly get yourself tested. Thankyou and Please stay safe.”
A few days back, Sanon too announced her being COVID free. Taking to Insta story, the Dilwale actress wrote, “Happy to inform everyone that I have finally tested Negative for COVID-19! A big thank you to @mybmc officials, respected Assistant commissioner @mybmcwardKW Mr. Vishwas Mote, and my doctor for all the help & assistance. And thank you all for the warm wishes and the love.”
